Synq Helper for Chrome
Some employers make you sign in to their own job portal before you can apply. Synq Helper picks up the tailored application you opened in Synq. On the employer's page it highlights the resume upload, cover-letter box and matching questions, and fills each one when you click its ⚡ button.
Install in four steps
- Unzip the file you downloaded.
- In Chrome, open chrome://extensions (copy it into the address bar).
- Turn on Developer mode in the top-right corner.
- Click Load unpacked and choose the unzipped folder. Then pin Synq Helper from the puzzle-piece menu.
Works in Chrome, Edge, Brave, Arc and Opera on a computer. Phones don't support extensions.
How to use it
- In Synq, open an imported job that needs an employer sign-in and click Apply — copy & open portal.
- Sign in on the employer's site and open the application form.
- The boxes Synq can fill glow amber. Click the ⚡ button under each one, check the result, then submit it yourself.
On a paid plan you can also load your Synq AI Pro™ deep rewrite from the Synq AI Pro page. Synq Helper then attaches your rewritten resume, fills your contact details, and lets you pick which rewritten role goes in each work-history box.
It switches on by itself on Workday, Taleo, Oracle Cloud, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, SmartRecruiters, Ashby, SuccessFactors, Jobvite, BambooHR, Paylocity, UKG, ADP, Workable, Paycom, Dayforce and more. On any other employer site, click the Synq Helper icon and choose Highlight boxes on this page.
Your privacy
- It never reads, fills or stores passwords, and it never presses Submit.
- Nothing from the employer's page is sent to Synq or anywhere else.
- Your application stays only in this browser and clears itself after 24 hours. You can clear it sooner from the extension.
